This week wrapped FRP’s second Prodigy Conference that brought in 26 advancing insurance producers from across the U.S. to learn from the best in the industry.
The three-day event was packed with informative presentations and round-table discussions on essential areas of insurance sales. Evolving technologies and the utilization of proven management platforms are always a fundamental part of FRP meetings. But also on the agenda were topics that focused on cross collaborating with our growing network of agencies, exclusive specialty programs and our subject matter experts; mentoring with our veteran producers; and guidance on strengthening our exceptional carrier relationships.
Coordinated by FRP’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines, Mark Pennebaker, invitees gained valuable insights from FRP’s Chief Executive Officer, Charlie Lydecker; Chief Operating Officer, John Turner; Chief Administration Officer, Tom Tinsley; National Sales Director, Alan Florez; Executive Vice President of Benefits, Mike Lisa; Chief Acquisition Officer, Ben Barbieri; Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Leonard; and from regional leaders Rob Wagner, Liza Moran, and other top producers and special guests.
“We want the next generation and today’s emerging insurance professionals at Foundation Risk Partners to know that our executives and thought leaders are attainable,” said Lydecker. “And that they have access to all of us to help them achieve excellence and prosperity, to soar with the best, and to even be CEO of this company, or of their own, one day perhaps. Through our unmatched data-driven technology and client-focused expertise, we want to be known as the place where middle market producers can come to be the most successful in the United States.”
FRP’s annual Prodigy Conference kicks-off a year-long Prodigy Program for these producers that will convene periodically in person and virtually.
