Welcome 2025 Summer Interns! Once again, we have an exceptional group of new interns in all four of our regions! Everyone at our organization are excited they have joined us to explore the many opportunities within the insurance industry. They are in great hands with our top leaders and subject matter experts. During the program, our overall commitment to the interns will be:
• To take an “intern first” approach to enrich and provide valuable program experience
• To educate interns on the internal structure and day-to-day insurance broker operations
• To provide professional internal resources to help achieve internship objectives and goals
• To assign mentors with industry experience that will provide insight, knowledge and guidance throughout the program
• To have fun in a collaborative learning environment and much more
