The FRP Client Portal gives clients an easy way to manage their insurance anytime. You can quickly download auto ID cards, access digital policy documents, report claims, issue certificates, request policy changes and contact your agent directly. You can also create a new account in just a few steps to get started.
Clients can create a new account, log in securely and also use the MyAccess mobile app, which provides on‑the‑go access to policies, coverages, ID cards, service contacts and request features. The mobile app does not handle carrier-specific actions like filing claims or paying premiums; those must be done in the carrier’s app.
