Foundation Risk PartnersNews

Please join our Chief Legal Officer and EVP, Tom Leek, in welcoming Danielle Murray as a Paralegal on Foundation Risk Partner’s Legal Team.

Danielle brings more than 14 years of experience supporting regulatory, legal, and operational functions across both the insurance sector and local government. Most recently, she coordinated complex regulatory matters for a large national insurance organization, where she managed active inquiries, prepared legal summaries for counsel, oversaw fact‑finding and developed department‑wide process improvements and knowledge‑management systems.

Before moving into regulatory work, Danielle served in several corporate support and project‑focused roles, partnering directly with executive leadership on enterprise‑wide initiatives, employee programs, training and cross‑functional operations. Her background includes leading major corporate projects, supporting C‑Suite executives, developing internal education resources, and contributing to organizational strategy and culture‑building programs.

In her new role, Danielle will support a wide range of legal functions, including regulatory matters, research, document management and cross‑department collaboration. Her strong operational background, professionalism and process‑driven approach will further strengthen our legal operations as FRP continues to grow.

Danielle holds an MBA in Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida. She is also a Florida Notary Public, a Licensed 2‑20 General Lines Agent and the recipient of multiple community and leadership honors, including 40 Under Forty and Influential Women in Business recognitions.
