As we look toward the future and continue our emphasis on providing career development opportunities for employees, we are pleased to share two exciting announcements: Sherry Kotara has been promoted to Vice President of Acquisition Integration and Stephanie Pignataro has be promoted to Vice President of Quality Assurance & Control.
In her new role as VP of Acquisition Integration, Sherry will have leadership responsibility for the Integration Management Office (IMO) as well as overall integration execution with all new agency partners. She has built valuable relationships with our internal integration teams developing reporting processes that allow us to communicate internally with new partners on a real-time basis. With more than 15 years in the insurance industry, Sherry has a proven record of executing exceptional care for our new partners, enhancing how we deliver our overall positive integration experience. Sherry is the recipient of the 2016 Employee of the Quarter by Acentria Insurance, a Foundation Risk Partners Company, and the 2021 Kendall McEachern Award of Excellence.
As FRP continues to focus on reducing overall E&O exposure, monitoring insurance carrier stability and advancing Quality Control, we are also pleased to share that Stephanie Pignataro will be assuming a new position, Vice President of Quality Assurance & Control, where she will have responsibility for leading and broadening our existing Quality Control efforts. Stephanie has a passion for operational excellence and compliance, with internal procedures and external regulations, and will be working closely with FRP’s Chief Administrative Officer, Chris Bell. Stephanie has more than 14 years in the insurance business, demonstrating a progressive career in Commercial and Personal Lines, Risk Management, Operations and other technical areas in leadership roles. She was a Women in Business Honoree in 2020 by Volusia/Flagler Women’s Business Report; a 40 Under Forty Young Professional Honoree in 2021; received FRP’s 2022 President’s Club Leadership Award; Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is the 2024 Incoming President Elect for Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida.
