In Foundation Risk Partners’ continued effort to expand the strength of our national and regional management structures, we are thrilled to announce several key promotions that occurred earlier this quarter.

Congratulations to Mary Lawless and Andrew Bloom for their outstanding executive leadership with our two largest and original partnered agencies, Acentria and Corporate Synergies. With that, we are excited to announce their new roles as National Chief Operating Officers for Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits, respectively.

Under their steadfast leadership, both Mary and Andrew have been pivotal in the formation of successful operational platforms that represent the foundation for FRP’s service and support capabilities. Mary Lawless, President of Acentria, has been working with our regions to align on critical infrastructure enhancements for our P&C business that will extend throughout our regions. Andrew Bloom, Co-CEO of Corporate Synergies, has been instrumental in the development of our benefits service platform that is now helping agencies move upstream and serve middle market employers who demand a higher level of service capabilities.

To advance our national operational platform objectives at the regional level, we are also proud to share the promotion of the following executives to the pivotal roles of Regional Vice Presidents of Operations. In these roles, each of our new RVP’s of Operations will oversee regional business operations, growth, and exceptional service delivery in collaboration with sales and finance leaders. This role leads process enhancements, streamlines service models and elevates the client experience, while effectively driving the implementation of key corporate initiatives.
