Foundation Risk Partners (FRP) announced today the appointment of its new Senior Deputy General Counsel, Robert Lloyd, underscoring its commitment to strong governance, sound legal oversight and continued organizational integrity.
Robert Lloyd is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in law, insurance, enterprise risk management, compliance, crisis management and governance. He brings more than 27 years of experience to the role, with expertise in insurance operations, cyber and crisis response, regulatory and legal matters, M&A, and leadership across sales, marketing and communications. His background also includes proficiency in Insurtech, private equity, banking and healthcare.
