Kathleen Shanahan is Co-CEO of Turtle & Hughes, Inc. one of the nation’s top 20 electrical distribution companies. Kathleen is a prominent Florida businesswoman with a long and distinguished background in politics and public service. She has held federal and state public policy positions of Chief of Staff for Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Chief of Staff to Vice President-elect Dick Cheney, Deputy Secretary of the California Trade and Commerce Agency for Gov. Wilson, Special Assistant to then Vice President George Bush, and Staff Assistant on President Reagan’s National Security Council.

Michael joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and leads the Financial Services team and is a member of the WP Executive Management Group. Michael previously served as President of Brooklyn NY Holdings, a private investment company, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank, member of the UBS Investment Bank Board and Global Executive Committee, held senior roles at Credit Suisse First Boston, and practiced law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He is also Director of Foundation, Financial Engines, DBRS, Mariner Finance and Source.

Jeffrey Stein joined Warburg Pincus in 2006 and is responsible for investments in the financial services sector, with a particular focus in asset/wealth management and insurance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Stein worked in the Firmwide Strategy Group and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. He is a Board member of SCM Insurance Services, Foundation Risk Partners and Facet Wealth. Mr. Stein holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
