Charles Lydecker began his insurance career more than 32 years ago and was instrumental in driving growth for one of the largest insurance firms in the US. He served as President of the firm’s retail division that generated revenues of $850 million. Today he leads Foundation Risk Partners in its mission to be a national insurance leader. Lydecker is a member of Florida’s Board of Governors for the State University System; a Board Trustee of American University; sits on NASCAR Foundation Board and the Halifax Health Foundation Board; and is Chairman of the Volusia/Flagler YMCA.

Kathleen Shanahan is Co-CEO of Turtle & Hughes, Inc. one of the nation’s top 20 electrical distribution companies. Kathleen is a prominent Florida businesswoman with a long and distinguished background in politics and public service. She has held federal and state public policy positions of Chief of Staff for Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Chief of Staff to Vice President-elect Dick Cheney, Deputy Secretary of the California Trade and Commerce Agency for Gov. Wilson, Special Assistant to then Vice President George Bush, and Staff Assistant on President Reagan’s National Security Council.
Jeffrey Stein

Jeffrey Stein joined Warburg Pincus in 2006 and is responsible for investments in the financial services sector, with a particular focus in asset/wealth management and insurance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Stein worked in the Firmwide Strategy Group and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. He is a Board member of SCM Insurance Services, Foundation Risk Partners and Facet Wealth. Mr. Stein holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
