My FRP internship was incredibly rewarding. I had the opportunity to learn from executive leadership, complete learning modules and, among other things, participate in competitive role-playing. Winning the challenge boosted my confidence. I discovered the insurance business is far from boring and developed an appreciation for its complexities.
