Welcome 2023 FRP Interns: It’s inspiring to see a new group of impressive young business professionals dive into our annual summer internship program this past week with such energy and commitment. They’ve already learned a great deal in just a few days thanks to the efforts of FRP of Florida’s Executive Vice President Chris Tolland; Vice President of Agency Operations, Stephanie Pignataro; and Director of Risk Management, Ross Beach; and many other team members in executive leadership roles from the southeast region and across the U.S.

The interns joined FRP’s SVP Jeff Seidl (center, top image) and Director of Learning Foundations, Michelle Young (center, bottom photo), who lead the Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits Sales Academies, respectively. The P&C Academy also met this week at the Daytona Beach corporate office. It was a fantastic in-person collaborative week filled with learning, fun networking and guidance from subject matter experts from several of our agency partners, including Acentria Insurance, Corporate Synergies, Gaspar Insurance Services, Knauf Maxwell Insurance Services, Balsiger Insurance and others.
