Welcome New FRP Executive Leadership

Foundation Risk PartnersNews

Please join our CEO, Charlie Lydecker, in celebrating Tom Tinsley who will begin to enjoy semi-retirement as he moves to a new role as Senior Advisor to Foundation Risk Partners (FRP). As a Co-Founder of FRP and Chief Administrative Officer since 2017, Tom’s leadership and experience has been instrumental in contributing to our growth and success. He will continue to be a valuable resource on key initiatives as we embark on the next chapter of our business.

With Tom’s transition, we’d like to congratulate Chris Bell in being promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. Chris joined FRP in 2021 and quickly transformed our approach to acquisition integration.  Chris has also led enhancements to our strategic planning and reporting processes and has brought improved rigor to our enterprise program management efforts.  In his new role, in addition to his current responsibilities, Chris will work closely with our agency partners and leadership teams to further improve collaboration, coordination and governance across FRP.

Prior to coming to FRP, Chris enjoyed a 22-year career at Fifth Third Bank where he held several leadership positions, most recently including President of Fifth Third Insurance and Managing Director of Fifth Third’s Private Bank.  Chris, a CPA, joined Fifth Third from Deloitte where he was a manager within the firm’s insurance practice providing attestation and consulting services to U.S.-based insurers and international reinsurers. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University in Ohio.

We are also excited to welcome Natalie Corbett to our Executive Leadership Team as FRP’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Natalie has a wealth of experience in human resources with a deep understanding of cultivating positive organizational culture. She joins us from Global Atlantic Financial Group where she was Head of Human Resources and prior to that rose to HR Officer at Cigna Healthcare. Natalie holds a Masters in Professional Studies in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University; a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources; and Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from the University of Connecticut.
